Jet Mixing Device (JMD-EVNAT)
The JMD-EVNAT supports homogeneous product composition and helps prevent product stratification during extended storage periods. It uses jet mixing technology to maintain consistent product quality in large-scale storage facilities, including refineries, vegetable oil processing plants, petrochemical and oleochemical industries, terminals, chemical reactors and selected waste management systems.
The system is custom-engineered for each tank based on tank parameters, operating envelope and available pumping conditions. Design review can consider physical tank dimensions, internal structures such as floating roofs, pontoons and heat exchangers, and the flow capacity and pressure characteristics of the pumping system.
The objective is practical tank reliability: improved internal circulation, reduced stagnant zones, better homogeneity support, reduced temperature variation and more predictable maintenance planning.
