Thermite mixture copper TSM SHIK
The copper thermite mixture is intended for welding steel or copper cathode and drainage terminals of the ECZ with a diameter of 3-8 mm to steel main pipelines made of pipes with a wall thickness of at least 5 mm and a recommended diameter of at least 325 mm. Welding with thermal mixture is carried out both during the construction of the pipeline and during its operation under working pressure. The composition of the thermite mixture provides, during arson, the release of thermal energy sufficient to melt the elements included in it with the pipe surface and with the output of the ECZ, forming a strong one-piece anti-corrosion compound. The shear strength of the weld is 70 MPa.
